Initial Meeting
If you have not spoken with me before hand, I suggest our meeting happens as soon as possible after you set your date and choose your venue. There are several important areas to address.
Firstly is the style you desire for your wedding, and how you see the ceremony unfolding. If I am to match your colour themes or styling, samples and choices will be given to you at the next meeting when all things are finalised.
At our first meeting please ensure you have all of the following documents with you.
Original Birth Certificates
(If born outside Australia and Birth Certificates are unavailable, bring your passports) plus photocopies
Notice of Intended Marriage (Click this link to download the form)
Please complete the form but do not sign it. The signatures must be witnessed by me.
This notice document must be completed no later than one month and one day prior to your wedding day.
(Be sure to have your booking confirmed with me as soon as possible)
If you are interstate or overseas, then the Notice of Intended Marriage form is to be signed by a local Justice of the Peace and mailed to me with the accompanying documentation.
Original Decree Nisi / Original Divorce Certificate / Original Death Certificate (If you have been previously married, divorce or death certificates are required) plus photocopies
The full names of two witnesses. These people must be over 18 years of age, be attending the ceremony, and prepared to sign the official documentation on the day as a witness.
A booking fee of $70.00 will be required at our initial meeting.
